Medaillons Explanation: Kophaas kann man aufspießen wird angeboten für Grillspieße Ergo sinds kleine Stücke Medaillons oder Tournedos Schweinefilet Das überaus zarte, saftige und magere Filetstück des Schweins liegt an der Unterseite des hinteren Kotelettstrangs. Im Ganzen schmeckt es als Filetbraten. Scheiben davon werden als Lendensteaks und *Medaillons* angeboten Auch Lende oder Lummer genannt.
