Gewinnrücklagen Explanation: Die Gewinnrücklagen kommen in der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung und in der Bilanz (Passivseite) vor. Der Grund dafür ist, dass ein Teil des Geldes, was das Unternehmen verdient hat (Gewinn), als Rücklage aufgenommen wird und somit passiviert wird. Das heißt, ein Teil des Gewinns fließt in die Bilanz, allerdings passiert das erst für die nächste Geschäftsperiode und nicht in der aktuellen. Es gibt gesetzliche Vorgaben für Gewinnrückstellungen, die die Firmen einhalten müssen. So ist z.B. die maximale Höhe der Rückstellungen geregelt, die ein Unternehmen halten darf. Prinzipiell kann man Gewinnrücklagen als "Notgroschen" für schlechte Zeiten verstehen. |
