"hoort zegt het voort" principe" kenne ich nicht, fand auch keine Google-Hits, daher eine wortwörtliche Übersetzung.
Freier übersetzen vielleicht besser, dann aber beim Kunden nachfragen, was er damit meint: Informieren, dass es ein wichtiges Turnier ist (und so indirekt Schiedsrichter finden) oder informieren, dass Schiedsrichter gesucht werden oder vielleicht etwas ganz anderes...
