Il testo sui prodotti biologici è corredato da un prospetto informativo (d'investimenti) su cui sono riportati tutti gli utili, interessi, capitali, ecc. che i clienti possono realizzare acquistando dei terreni per la coltivazione di prodotti biologici.

Dopo le condizioni e le clausole, scritte in piccolo trovo lo slogan principale: "Wél" xx (nome azienda) biedt u een rendement van 14% per jaar van uw geïnvesteerde kapitaal".

Come rende l'italiano quel "wél" posto all'inizio di frase ? "Ebbene", "Ebbene sì", o diversamente ? Grz !

credo possa andar bene... ma ci saranno altri modi di dire forse ache più calzanti.

Potresti anche cambiare leggermente la frase: "Ecco, X offre", oppure semplicemente "X vi propone/offre"...
