Non sono sicuro se in questa frase "komt te staan" significa "viene eretto/costruito/realizzato" (il terreno/lotto) o l'italiano dice altro ? Grz !

Non so bene come si potrebbe dire in italiano, ma cerco di rendere il senso:
..."della quale (Lei) sarà il legittimo proprietario...
Lo indica anche la sigla (non tradotta dal francese S.A.) --) Societé Anonyme, cioè chi compra agisce in qualità di acquirente-imprenditore ufficiale. Egli sarà il legittimo proprietario a tutti gli effetti.
