Dato che questi tubi sono "difettosi" a causa di queste scanalature, il cliente chiede alla ditta fornitrice una soluzione (rimborso in denaro) o eventualmente una "herlevering".

In questo caso l'italiano dice sempre "riconsegna" anche in caso di prodotti difettati o esiste un altro termine + specifico (forse "nuova fornitura") ? Grz !
