copa të prera patatesh Explanation: I don't think there is an exact equivalent for 'wedges' used in the culinary field. We have certain shapes of cutting, or edible products that need to be sliced for example; I guess it all depends how you use it in a certain context. I think wedges applies to potatoes that are cut in a certain shape to be fried as opposed to broiled or steamed and so forth. Hope this helps :-) -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 22 mins (2007-12-03 22:36:49 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- "Feta të rrumbullakta" is another option referring to potatoes being sliced in a round shape, but still it does not exactly catch the right meaning for wedges, as it is a different shape, Inulek.
