broker nuk eshte nje term qe perdoret vetem per real estate keshtu qe duhet pare edhe konteksti ne te cilin perdore. pasi kemi edhe rastin e investimeve ne burse apo aksione.

Është Çmimi/vlera sipas opinionit të brokerit, që në këtë rast nuk bëhet fjalë për çdo borker që i shkrep e vendos për një çmim pronësie, por për çmimin sipas opinionit të sektorit të real estate. Kjo tek ne, si edhe në vende të tjera si Itali, Francë, UK, dallohet qartë nga vlera/çmimi ipotekor.

I explained the above in Albanian as I wanted to clarify the terms well. I could probably review the term by saying vlera/çmimi sipas brokerit/sektorit të real estate.

2) Saying just foreseen value...one goes in really far shores with it. I would not! I repeat, I personally would never do this mistake.

In conclusion, no, it is not e parashikuar. It is the value as per the real estate market/broker.

Here is my explanation:
First of all BPO is not an opinion, it is an estimated value of a property (Vlera e parashikuar e pronës)
Secondly,you agree with the first part (vlera e parashikuar) but you ask for a noun to define it. The noun (pronës) is following the first agreeable part on your side.

Here is my question for you,Fabiana: How come that you agree with my version of "vlera e parashikuar" and you agree with the other version "opinion" as well. Aren't they two different things?

BPO means estimated value (vlera e parashikuar) of a property (e pronës).

1) Terminology often does not allow for opinions and assumptions - that is how some terms are taken, adopted and used. Our assumptions often take us out of scope.

2) Yes, Klemi, you are right, your attitude raises quite some questions to me, language and ethic wise. This is the place where I would always and only express my opinion on the term and never make personal comments. Regretful to see otherwise.
