Explanation:
I would say either "streha e shtëpisë sonë" or "çatia e shtëpisë sonë".
Both of these versions "streha/çatia" are found in the "Fjalori i Shqipes së Sotme".

Hope this helps.

p.s. Even though "çatia" is a word borrowed from Turkish, it is used widely and more than the Albanian word "streha".

neutral  Translation Link: I agree with you on the çatia vs. strega comment. But I'd like to add that kulmi does not only mean the top or as in culminating point, but also mean the roof in Albanian.
