Note: the Arabic version of Wikipedia doesn't have a proper translation for "town house", but in the English version, it states that a "town house" is a type of "terraced housing" and that a "terraced house" is actually another word for a "town house". I've attached the English version of "town house" and the Arabic version of a "terraced house".
