(ii) Lessor may assign or transfer any of their respective rights or obligations under this Agreement (either outright or by way of assignment) provided that the assignment or transfer under 17.16(ii) does not increase the obligations of Lessee hereunder. For the avoidance of doubt, in the event of any assignment by Lessor, each of Lessor’s assignee and/or security assignee, any person holding or acquiring legal title and/or a beneficial interest in the Engine as a result of such assignment, and any financiers, lenders or other parties on whose behalf any security assignee may be acting shall become an “Indemnitee” for all purposes of this Agreement. Lessee hereby agrees that the introduction of additional Indemnitees pursuant to this subclause (ii) shall not be and shall not be deemed to be, an increase in Lessee's obligations pursuant to this Agreement.
