As per the clarification provided by our colleague, the phrase seems to be the one used in the so-called family certificates/booklets issued in some of the Arab countries. Accordingly, the correct expression to be used is "pronouncements or acts of divorce", rather than the ones suggested earlier, i.e. "divorce cases/incidents". The latter ones are predominantly used in statistics, general writings,...etc, and hence it would seem odd to use either in the given context, i.e. the family certificate
