A SEARCH of the local criminal history files for .... County has been made on the SUBJECT named below:

The SEARCH was based on name and date of birth only and does not preclude the fact that the subject may have a criminal case filed that has been purged or was not added to the automated records system.

I translated the first word as hg التحقق من and the second one as: البحث .

Do you think this is good translation or is there any better translation? and can I translate the word SUBJECT here in this context as المواطن ?

As for "The subject", I would translated as الفاعل أو المتهم
