English term or phrase: Live Interventions
"Conference on Live Interventions in Vascular Endotherapyin Vascular Endotherapy" is all I have. It has something to do with coronary intervention, that far I can tell. Probably with the use of endoscopes. And "live" as in "you can see what you do" (live on TV), or ?????

التدخل المباشر
Explanation:
"مؤتمر عن التدخل المباشر في الجراحات الداخلية للأوعية"

Of course you already know that, Sam, but OFR, it refers to surgeon s performing an endotherapy with visual aide. Therefore, 'مباشر' OR 'حي' is appropriate.

If I dare, I would perhaps suggest 'التدخل الآني', to insignuate the 'promptness', 'direct-ness', and the 'fastness' of such interventions.

-
In short:
التدخل المباشر
التدخل الحي
التدخل الآني

By the way, is this the one is singapore? :)
Best of wishes, Sam!

'التدخل المباشر' = intervention itself; its methods, means, apparatus, and such.
'التدخلات المباشرة' = instances or cases of somewhat notable or study-casey - :) - interventions.
