Explanation:
"خدمات ميدانية/في الموقع" تعبير صحيح ولكن ليس خدمات ميدانية للرعاية المنزلية والصحة المهنية بل: خدمات صحية ميدانية ومنزلية ومهنية. والسبب هو ان "ميدانية" هنا ليست متعلقة بالتعبيرين الاخرين، اي ليست صفة في الجملة الرئيسية باللغة الانجليزية، وهذا يتضح بوجود الفاصلة بعد "on-site".
اي ان الخدمات الصحية الميدانية/في الموقع هنا هي خدمات منفصلة ولها شأنها الذاتي كالخدمات الصحية المنزلية وخدمات الصحة المهنية، وليست خدمات صحية منزلية ومهنية ميدانية.
However, I think the punctuation used in the original sentence is still not the best because it doesn't differentiate between main and sub points

متفق معك على استخدام اسلوب طبيعي وليس حرفي :)، ولكن ليس معنى هذا ان نغير في المعنى الأصلي. الفرق ضخم وبسيط في نفس الوقت وهو: في الجملة الاولى، المراد قوله هو: الخدمات المقدمة هي ثلاث خدمات: خدمات صحية ميدانية، وخدمات صحية منزلية، وخدمات صحية مهنية؛ اما في المثل الثاني، فالمراد قوله هو: الخدمات المقدمة هي خدمتين فقط: خدمات الرعاية المنزلية، وخدمات الصحة المهنية في الموقع؛ وهذا من رأيي لا يتفق مع النص الأصلي بالمرة، لانه حتى وان فرضنا عدم وجود الفاصلة، فبهذه الترجمة، قد ربطنا بين "في الموقع" و "الخدمات المهنية" فقط وتجاهلنا العلاقة بين "في الموقع" و "خدمات الرعاية المنزلية" ايضاً، رغم انه حتى وان غابت الفاصلة (وهذا غير صحيح) فتعبير "في الموقع" يصح انه ينطبق على الاثنين.
