command cheif master sergeant
وكيل أول /وكيل القوة

Explanation:
Command Chief master sergeant is noncommissioned officer (E-9), (E for Enlisted)
and if we look at the enlisted side in the Jordanian Armed forces (JAF) the only counterpart for him will be a First warrant officer (وكيل أول) noncommissioned officer (E-7)

First warrant officer (وكيل أول) is only an E-7 in the JAF who holds upon his shoulders all of the responsibilities of (E-7 to E-9) in other foreign forces, depending on whom he is allocated to whether it's a platoon, company, battalion or brigade commander.
