  -> There is not a precise translation for this term. Turnbuckle alone means شدادة/شكال ملولب as per Alqamoos and Almaany dictionaries. For Eye&Eye, I believe it is part of its type because there are other types, like Stub & Stub, Eye & Eye, Jaw & Jaw etc
