تحليل عدم إنتاجية البئر Explanation: تحليل عدم إنتاجية البئر رغم وجود كل العوامل الجيولوجية -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 17 mins (2020-06-24 15:34:59 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- Basically, a well postmortem is carried out in order to find out as to why there is no producible hydrocarbon in a well despite the existence of favorable geological factors and convincing hydrocarbon shows either during drilling or based on well evaluation of E-logs. A well postmortem often come up with findings that geologically the well is not really dry but was either considered as dry or inconclusive due to non-geological related factors. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 18 mins (2020-06-24 15:36:52 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- https://ispg.iagi.or.id/product/well-postmortem-is-a-dry-hol... |

تحليل نضوب بئر Explanation: I am sure you know what the expression "well postmortem analysis" means. You know that "postmortem" is borrowed from the field of forensic medicine and that, in that field, the expression refers to investigative action on a dead body. In this case, it is an oil well that has "died" (or dried up). In Arabic, the drying up of a well is called نضوب. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 17 hrs (2020-06-25 08:43:04 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- As our colleague Hatem indicates in his comment below, the drying up of an oil well is also referred to as "depletion." Hatem cites a Wikipedia article in which you will find the following: "An individual oil well usually produces at its maximum rate at the start of its life; the production rate eventually declines to a point at which it no longer produces profitable amounts." In other words, "well postmortem analysis" can be perfectly expressed as "well depletion analysis" تحليل نضوب بئر Thank you, Hatem, for your helpful addition. |
