English term or phrase: Fight-thru
I am working on a book that provides ideas about self-development and organizing time. On one chapter, the writer is talking about how to fight the feeling we get when we have to do something but do not want to do it. He calls it "Fight-thru". He defines it like that: "A fight thru is the experience of not wanting to do the things we know we should do."

The chapter's title is "Win your fight-thrus"

What is a proper Arabic translation for this term?
