English term or phrase: Dulla/Douala
This is an organ in the throat of male dromedary camels - see
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dulla_(organ)

It's referred to on the link below, but they only give an English transliteration (and say it's also known as the بالنفشفة )
http://spana-syria.org/Atlas/Camel/WebPage11/1.htm

A lot of the Google hits I see are for the city دوالا in Cameroon. Does anyone know the Arabic term?

Thanks in Advance.

Actually, it does not apply to the human mouth. I checked the Arabic reference and I could not find it. Howver, I found: dhula, a racing camel...

Notes to answerer
Asker: Thanks Targama. That's just the palate though isn't it and would also apply to the human mouth? I was expecting an Arabic word that was more or less a transliteration of Dhula (like دوالا would be, although that isn't the right word).
