Похват в риториката, чрез който се цели прехвърляне на вината върху опонента, като обикновено се сменя темата на дискусията и се посочват (предполагаеми) негови простъпки/нарушения посредством насрещни нападки/хули, оттам и "насрещен хулизъм".

На български понятието "(насрещен) хулизъм" би трябвало да се приеме като неологизъм по подобие на "whataboutism".
