labour-only Explanation: Най-близкото българското съответствие на този термин би било "наем/лизинг на персонал" - поне това според мен е смисълът според страниците, които и колегата е цитирал. Изглежда този термин се използва, когато фирма предлага под наем на други фирми или частни лица своите строителни работници. Но доколкото чета оригиналния текст, май тук по-скоро става дума за наемане на черно, без редовен трудов договор и плащане на дължимите осигуровки. |
