Hi Rita,

I agree with Ester that \"good luck\" is not what we use to congratulate somebody. If what you mean is congratulations we would say:

Feliç aniversari!
Per molts anys!

But, if you want to wish that person \"good luck\" then you could use any of the following expressions:

Molta sort!
Bona sort!
Sort!
Espero que et vagi tot molt bé!
Que tinguis sort!

That would be the translation word by word, but we don't use to say that in birthdays. We use to say "Feliç aniversari" (happy birthday) or "Per molts anys" (for lots of years).
