the one who contracts out & the one who is contracted/sub-contracted

Contract**** = the one who awards a contract

Contract**** = the one who is awarded a contract

Sub-contract**** = another indiract 'awardee'

I am translating a contract, and the references to the one who contracts and the one who is contracted are central (they are each identified and defined very specifically, as also sub-contracting to other parties)

So I need two words that represent the idea of -OR /-EE (and note that -OR in the case of contractOR actually refers to the 'awardee', right?)

None come to mind: any help appreciated:-)
