It's clearly an informal conversation, hence the opening "Què tal, com van les coses?" and the ending "Apa, que vagi bé, culé". This would be a typical way of speaking among Barça followers, especially if uttered on the air (when calling at a radio station program) or when meeting shortly on the street. As for Real (Madrid, presumably), Catalans don't usually say the two words but just Madrid as it has a strong sports rivalry connotation.
