fitxer MIDI reproduït per l'ordinador Explanation: This is the right translation. In Catalan, file is translated as Fitxer. Arxiu is "Archive" in English. MIDI is an acronym (Musical Instrument Digital Interface). I would write in capitals. Since MIDI refers to music, I would translate "played" as "reproduït" and not "executat" or something else...
