English term or phrase: to walk a customer
This expression is taken from a contract/agreement in the hotel industry. The context is: "In the event the Hotel needs to "walk" a customer, the Hotel agrees to locate and transport "walked" customers to alternative accommodations." My try is "desplazar a un cliente", although I think it misses information. Thanks.
