m.s.frcs. 外科硕士, 皇家外科医师学院院士 Explanation: In this context, M.S. is more likely to be Master of Surgery instead of Master of Science. F.R.C.S is Fellowship of the Royal Colleges of Surgeon. There are two translated versions online, 皇家外科医师学会会员,或者,皇家外科医师学院院士. I think the latter is a better translation, because college normally translates into 学院, and FRCS is a professional qualification which is awarded to a surgeon who meets high standards in the field. It is different from a medical association which can be joined by medical practitioners and medical students, and we can call such a member as 医学会会员. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 2 hrs (2019-12-21 11:46:15 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- Oops, there's a typo - should be Fellowship of the Royal Colleges of Surgeons https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Master_of_Surgery https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fellowship_of_the_Royal_Colleges_of_Surgeons |
