Those are basic network issues that need to be resolved before you even think about all these sexy services. I have a customer today who has been my 3G customer for 12 months who wants to be a 2G customer again.

cell 在移动通信领域应该是“蜂窝”、“蜂窝通信”的意思，“蜂窝休眠”也就是无线机站休眠，感觉不太对劲。所以是“手机休眠”的可能性大一些。因为3G中，如何解决无信号区域手机不搜索网络，处于休眠状态，减少耗电的问题一直在困扰技术人员。
