1、contractor可以按文本整体意思说成承包公司/承包者，或者外包公司/外包者。
2、consist of 4：4点，4阶段……诸如此类，得看上下文。
3、out of course：我翻成非常规，声明一下，我没半点翻译机车系统的经验，都按词义和语法翻的。或者你有机会请教一下这方面的专业人士。或者问问作者是不是“irregular”的意思。

如果从上下文中不能看出，能问问作者的意思是否像JHWang说的4 quarters/seasons么？我看...4,"...里只有一边引号，不知道另一边到哪里去了，也许另一边引号之前的东西有什么提示？再瞧不出，如果是我，就问作者去。

如果4后面没有那个逗号和一半引号，我估计可以理解成JHWang说的那样，写成4阶段。不过如果原文有另一半引号，我觉得还是要看一下另一半引号之前说了啥。
