English term or phrase: Date (dd/mm/yyyy): ٱٱ / ٱٱٱ / 20ٱٱ
Hello! I'm curious as to what the little strokes mean. I've never seen such symbols. Can someone enlighten me on that... and what does " 20ٱٱ " mean? Is it simply a big typo? (But it doesn't look like it).

Many thanks in advance!
