建议直接按照其职称翻译成“客座教授，”“客座副教授，”等等。
(affiliate professors 多是以 guest professors 或 visiting professors 方式任职。)

这里是以较笼统的方式称之，实际上在哈佛教育研究所，应该都是助理教授或教授以上职称，所以建议按照个人实际职称头衔使用。何况，教职员应该都是指高校以下的教员职员。
