Why “相协调”not“一致”?

The Chinese term “一致”implies that
“A and B is the same thing” eg. My opinion is the same as yours/ I am with you/I agree with you. “我跟您意见一致”。
“My goal and your goal are the same/ Our goals are the same/ We have the same goal etc.
“我跟您的目标一致”
The logical reasoning behind my suggestion is, A as a staff member, B as a manager, C as the organization. The relationship between these three are : A is subordinate to B, and B is subordinate to C. In regard to the goals of a planning, please pay attention to my wording here “goals” in plural. There are many different goals in terms of its scale, type and importance etc. So we cannot interpret the questioned sentence as “ keep your goal as same as that of your manager/or your organization” ----“使你的目标跟你的经理或机构之目标保持一致”。
However, 相协调 implies that they are not the same, but they align with each other.

A and B is the same thing--- typo, should be
A and B are the same thing.
