Bus/Financial - Management
English term or phrase: turnover
I'm not very sure about the Chinese equivalent of "turnover" here.
This is the context:
On-boarding: Fast recruitment
training: Remote training
and turnover of linguists: No additional costs

Could you kindly advise? Thank you so much!

Chinese translation:
Explanation:
turnover
英[ˈtɜːnəʊvə(r)]
美[ˈtɜːrnoʊvər]
n. (一定时期内的) 营业额,成交量; 人事变更率; 人员调整率; (商店的) 货物周转率,销售比率;

In human resources context, turnover is the act of replacing an employee with a new employee. Partings between organizations and employees may consist of termination, retirement, death, interagency transfers, and resignations.[1] An organization’s turnover is measured as a percentage rate, which is referred to as its turnover rate. Turnover rate is the percentage of employees in a workforce that leave during a certain period of time.
