翻译一个术语表时，发现因汉语语法和英语语法体系不一样，造成许多词不好翻，想请教各位如何处理。以下是这个牙科（牙修整）术语表中的几例：

system：An assemblage of organized ideas and principles intended to explain the arrangement or working of a systematic whole. A harmonious agreement.
系统：条理清晰有组织的思想和原则的集合，旨在说明一个系统性整体的安排和运作。和谐一致。
systematic：Methodical in procedure. A plan marked by thoroughness and regularity.
系统：在程序上有条不紊。具有以彻底性和规律性为特点的计划。

protrude：To push forward.
前伸：向前推。
protrusive：Protruding forward.
前伸：向前伸出的。

occlude：To come together or close. When the opposing teeth come together.
咬合：集合或关闭。相对的牙齿聚拢合在一起。
occlusal：Referring to occlusion.
咬合：与咬合有关的。

posterior：Referring to the back. The back of the mouth.
后：指后面。口腔后部。
oral Referring to the mouth.
口：与口腔有关的。
lingual：Referring to the tongue.
舌：与舌有关的。
labial Referring to the lips.
唇：与嘴唇有关的。
dental Referring to the teeth.
牙：与牙齿有关的。


总不能术语表中同时出现一样的词吧，本想形容词加个“的”（如“咬合”、“咬合的”），但似乎不符合中文词汇表的表达风格。最后三例中，翻译也不符合中文的解释习惯（如本是要给“牙”下定义，结果解释里面出现了“牙”一字），应该如何处理呢？急求解。非常谢谢。
