You have a good point there. Translating "in a moment" into "immediately" might be risky for there could be a delay. (No matter how short the delay, it would not be immediate.)

立即 is okay. "in a moment" does mean it would take a while, but a VERY short while. It is the same expression as "in a second" which means very soon but not necessarily actual "one second".

If you translate to 随后,that sounds like this refreshing action is not going to happen right infront of your eyes soon, rather it will happen at a later time.

That is quite difference.

I did not say I agree to translate to \"immediately\". Please NOTE the Chinese 立即 does not necessarily mean and ONLY mean \"immediately\".

What I am against is the term \"隨後\". \"隨後\" sounds to me as a sinigicant delay, way longer than \"a moment\".

Moreover, \"隨後\" 裡面有個 \"隨\",請問是隨什麼之後? 如果你要用隨後,通常是接在某個動作之後,例如:「阿拉法特抵達安曼機場隨後轉機前往巴黎];「巴勒斯坦槍手綁架三外國人質隨後釋放」。
