Kao sto ste napisali u pitanju. U ovom slucaju ja bih handpiece prevela kao drzac na koji se stavlja neka aplikacija, iglica ili sta vec. Inace handpiece moze da oznacava vise stvari, u ovom kontekstu, ja bih ga ovako prevela.
