neutral  bonafide1313: ovaj idiom svakako označava nešto što je "izvan dohvata ruke" a ne nadohvat ruke, no s obzirom da su hrv. zakonodavac i struka u kontekstu transfernih cijena usvojili pojam nepristranosti, imo nema potrebe uvoditi idiom koji u hrv. ne postoji u tom smislu

  -> Ne osporavam "pojam nepristranosti" http://www.ijf.hr/hr/korisne-informacije/leksikon-javnih-fin... samo smatram da problematiku treba raščistiti jer vidim da se u HR stručnoj literaturi spominje i "načelo nadohvat ruke"

agree  bonafide1313: svakako se slažem u tom smislu, nepovlaštene, nepogodovane, tržišne, nepristrane - po mom mišljenju sve varijante s "rukom" jednostavno su manje više doslovni prijevod engleskog idioma koji (prijevod) nema isti smisao na hrvatskom
