Most countries have a “bank hours” system to be more flexible between high and low seasons.
Workers in the Textile sector are almost all full-time, and to cover high production periods, as seen previously, instead of using additional part-time contracts it is habitual to increase the number of working hours of the full time employees with the “bank hours” system.
