Bioproteza je namijenjena zamjeni prirodnog srčanog zalistka bez otvorene operacije srca te bez posljedičnog kiruškog uklanjanja nefunkcionalnog prirodnog zaliska. Konstrukcija je izgrađena od nitinola, višerazinskog i samorastezljivog materijala nepropusnog za zračenje. pridržni elementi/jezičci Explanation: ako je u pitanju instrument za uvođenje zalistka, mislim da bi se moglo raditi o "jezičcima" na zalistku, elementima koji pridržavaju/fiksiraju zalistak dok je on u "retainer receptacleu" iz drugog postavljenog pitanja, jer se oni "zaglave", blokiraju u receptacleu http://www.thefreedictionary.com/tab 1.
