ako je u pitanju instrument za uvođenje zalistka, mislim da bi se moglo raditi o "jezičcima" na zalistku, elementima koji pridržavaju/fiksiraju zalistak dok je on u "retainer receptacleu" iz drugog postavljenog pitanja, jer se oni "zaglave", blokiraju u receptacleu
