Je uvedeno jako název smlouvy. Dále je smlouva už pořád uváděná jako Underwriting agreement.
Očividně jde o US termín.
Co znamená to FORM? Je to formulářová smlouva, protože se zapisuje do nějakého veřejného rejstříku a proto je na formuláři? Smlouva, s níž pracuji a příklady, které jsem našel jako formulář rozhodně nevypadaly.

Termín "form" má zřejmě naznačit, že text smlouvy o upsání je stejný pro všechny upisovatele. Po doplnění a podpisu se liší jen konkrétní údaje
upisovatele a počet upsaných akcií/podílů. Jakmile je smlouva uzavřena
jedná se o řádnou smlouvu a ne o formulář smlouvy. Dle mého názoru lze
překlad termínu "form" vypustit anebo přeložit jako "formulářová" ve smyslu
"standardní" .... Při větším počtu upisovatelů musí být text smlouvy logicky stejný. Jsou-li upisovatelé banky - skupina bank - potom formulářová syndikátní ... a zase "form" vypustit anebo přeložit jako "formulářová" ...

Domnívám se, že chybí předložka.

Druhou možností by případně mohla být forma, (typizovaná) podoba, vzor smlouvy... (dle kontextu).

Širší kontext by pomohl.

Asker: Mockrát děkuji. To jsem našel taky, ale mě jde o to, co znamená to "Form". Proč to tam je? Jestli je třeba to překládat nebo co to je.
