Pokud je to z UK, mohlo by být míněno toto, tedy všechny různé dys- (-grafie, -kalkulie, -ortografie ap.), aspoň podle toho, co říká wiki

Ale taky to může být širší, prostě vzdělávácí obtíže, které můžou být způsobeny lecčím. Jde o to, jestli to z kontextu můžete poznat.

No pokud tam potřebujete dostat větší spektrum obtíží, tak v českém prostředí se používá termín žák se speciálními vzdělávacími potřebami - http://www.nuov.cz/co-se-rozumi-pojmem-specialni-vzdelavaci-...
Ale je to dost přesně definované zákonem, tak zas musíte dát bacha, aby si to někdo tady nevyložil specificky. Možná líp použít něco neterminologického, klidně asi vzdělávací obtíže.

Asker: Ano, to je ohledně learning disability, jak však použít 'learning difficulty'? Nebo prostě porucha učení?

Asker: Z praxe (UK) se zpravidla jedná o někoho, kdo ma nízké IQ nebo je jinak vývojově "pozadu"
