náklady ovlivňující hospodářský výsledek
Explanation:
Bottom line se používá pro hospodářský výsledek společností (je to poslední řádka výsledovky). Podle kontextu by výraz "bottom line cost" měl znamenat náklady ovlivňující hospodářský výsledek.

Thank you. Although at the end I used the term "konecne naklady ovlivnujici hospodareni"/"final costs effecting business", your answer directed me (I couldn't use simply "naklady ovlivnujici.." because each cost effects, directly or indirectly, the economic result, so I had to be more specific). And I think there is a slight difference between "total costs" and "final costs" and the latter fits this particular context better (after we discussed it with the client).

Thanks all of you for your assistance.

agree  Alexej Havlicek: Agree with the reasoning, i.e. costs that cannot be avoided and will eventually affect the "bottom line" - profit/loss.
