Teoreticky bych se to asi použít dalo, i když pod prostojem bych čekal spíš nečinně stojící parní válec nebo člověka, ne nemovitost. Ale asi bys musela uvést vysvětlení v textu - nevím, jestli by uživatel z toho samotného slova pochopil. K té délce - pokud je to jen nadpis, je to jedno, pokud se to vyskytuje dál ve větách, pak samozřejmě kratiší verze je lepší (lze jistě i zkombinovat).

Asker: diky Martine :). Logicky vzato z kontextu vyplyva, ze se jedna o obdobi, kdy v nemovitosti neni zadny najemce, ale myslela jsem, ze by se dal najit i kratsi vyraz. S mymi "prostoji" tedy nesouhlasis?
