a) White Pump operators are allowed to import refined gasoline directly and therefore avoid paying Oil Majors located here.
b) White Pump site can be developed with commercial developments on white sites.
c) Duties on fuel should be collected differently
d) Lower quality site design
e) Unmanned pump
