je něco špatně na naší nabídce?


Explanation:
Jsem sice milovníkem volných překladů, ale tady uvažuji kapku přidržet se toho „we said“..
Zákazník většinou dá spíše na činy, než na slova, ale tento dotaz je výhradně o slovech, tak proto nedoporučuji zmiňovat činy, ale opravdu jen slova, navrhuji, co navrhuji..

Kromě toho mám za to, že to nebyla komunikace, ale jen sdělení/prezentace… i když v marketingu se termínem komunikace často označuje jednostranná aktivita firem (aniž by v tom byla odezva zákazníků) …
