English term or phrase: Vehicle
I know this is a well-known term, but I am in doubt about whether to translate vehicle it to 'bil' or 'køretøj'.

What would you say is the most normal in a Danish text about cars from the manufacturer (in this case from Ford)? Car is not used in the entire text, only vehicle.

My spontaneous thought is "bil". But it is difficult to say for sure, when I haven't seen the text. Maybe you could give us a few examples.
