This is correct when it concerns an insurance policy. And in that case the translation would be "Verzekerde" which I have come across, but this means an anti-corruption policy, where the covered persons are the persons who the policy indeed "covers" but in a different way. That's why I was thinking about "Relevante personen". But Caroline's proposal makes sense as well.
