managed services Explanation: meervoud, want het is hier "oplossing voor managed services en ..." dit is een specifieke term die, net als bijvoorbeeld outsourcing, vrijwel altijd in het Engels wordt gelaten. uiteindelijk is het een kwestie van smaak, maar omdat de Engelse variant op NL sites 40x beter googelt dan de Nederlandse vertaling (en ook Wikipedia de term "beheerde diensten" niet gebruikt, zie de link van Roel) zou ik toch kiezen voor de algemeen gebruikte term. je doet de klant n.m.m. geen plezier door in een persbericht o.i.d. een term te gebruiken die menig lezer de wenkbrauwen doet fronsen ("oh, ze bedoelen managed services!")... |
