prime rent [context: retail property] winkelhuren op toplocaties; huurprijzen voor winkels op toplocaties Explanation: It would have been helpful if you had posted the actual sentence in which this term is used but this is basically what it seems to be about. http://www.retailnews.nl/nieuws/T4PTF99aSMiKqhgNdawSLw-0/win... http://www.nu.nl/economie/2261319/winkelhuren-toplocaties-li... http://www.trouw.nl/tr/nl/4504/Economie/article/detail/12533... -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 20 days (2016-12-05 22:28:27 GMT) Post-grading -------------------------------------------------- Addendum: ik kwam deze term vandaag toevallig ook zelf tegen in een tekst die ik moest vertalen. Prime rent: Represents the top open-market rent that could be expected for a notional office unit of the highest quality and specification in the best location in a market, as at the survey date (normally at the end of each quarter period). The rent quoted normally reflects prime units of over 500 m² of lettable floor area, which excludes rents that represent a premium level paid for a small quantity of space. https://www.amsterdam.nl/publish/pages/570458/office_market_... 3.pdf Gross prime rent: Represents the top open-market rent that could be expected for a notional office unit of the highest quality and specification, as at the survey date. The rent quote normally reflects prime units of over 5 sq. m lfa, excluding incentives, service costs and VAT. |

Reference: definition Reference information: Commercial rents are differentiated into Prime Rents and Average Rents The Prime Rent is defined as an average rent of the top 3-5 % of all lettings in each submarket, and not the most top rent realised. The Average Rent is an weighted average value of all rents within a submarket. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 1 hr (2016-11-15 12:52:31 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- maybe this helps.. |
